Dianne started practicing at SPY in January 2014. She never looked back and graduated from SPY's teacher training program in 2014 and began assisting in 2015.

Spry Mat Yoga
The Mat class begins seated on the floor and progresses through a series of seated then standing poses before coming back to the mat to close the practice.
In this class we follow the Spry Mind+Body Blueprint. Together, we will quiet our minds, and build strength and flexibility throughout our entire body.
This class is suitable for brand new students. If you have never practiced yoga and prefer an introductory class, please try our Introduction to Mat class.
