Tutorial Videos

Not sure how to get comfortable when you are meditating? While you may never get perfectly comfortable there are ways to find more ease in your body when you meditate.

We flow one breath per movement in power yoga. Learn the method and patterns behind the flow and you'll never have to wonder if you are doing it right!

We do a lot of downward facing dogs in this practice! Join Kate and Kim to learn the basics.

Chaturanga Dandasana (also called low plank) is one of the most challenging and most rewarding poses to practice. Learn the basics and how to modify this pose while you build strength and stamina.

Cobra and upward facing dog are both great backbends. Learn the differences and choose the one that suits your body best.

The transition from Chaturanga Dandasana (Low Plank) to Upward Facing Dog can be tricky. Learn a few ways to navigate this transition with ease.

Halfway lift is a pose we do frequently in a power vinyasa practice. It goes by so quickly, we rarely have a moment to fine tune the alignment!

King Dancer is a standing yoga pose that combines the challenging aspects of balancing with a backbend. While it looks challenging, it's more accessible than you may think!

Side angle and extended side angle poses stretch the side waist and stretches and strengthens the legs. It also cultivates equanimity!

Half King Pigeon Pose is a powerful hip-opener that can help increase flexibility and the range of motion in the hip joints.

Pyramid Pose is a deep stretch that is particularly helpful in simultaneously stretching the hamstrings and shoulders. It builds balance and full body coordination, calms the mind, and improves postural habits.

Crow Pose is usually the first arm balance that yoga students learn. It is the foundational pose for most arm balances in yoga, so it's a good idea to understand the basics of Crow Pose first. Hint- core work is the key!
