Jenn had causally practiced yoga on and off for more than ten years. Things got serious when she needed an outlet to counteract the stress of an intense corporate job. In 2018, she hung up her high heels and recommitted to a dedicated yoga practice. In doing so, she not only found her passion and path, but she found an entire community of like-minded individuals that shared her love of yoga. Jenn went all in and completed her SPY 200 hour RYT in 2019 and has not looked back! She believes in the power and methodology of Baptiste yoga and can’t wait to share it with you. When not on her mat or at the studio, Jenn loves to spend time with her family and four dogs.

Lauren started a consistent yoga practice in 2018 after the birth of her second child to help balance the stress of a competitive legal career and a growing family. After experiencing the surprising benefits of yoga in her body and mind, she committed herself to sharing her love of yoga. Lauren completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020 through Dancing Dogs Yoga and then went on to graduate from Savannah Power Yoga's Teacher Training Kickstart Program in 2022. She is excited to join the SPY teacher team and aims to bring intensity, spontaneity, and a lot of fun to her classes. When not on her mat, you can find Lauren at court, wrangling her three young children, or attending concerts with her husband, Dave.

Amanda initially tried yoga through a therapy program as a way to help with anxiety and calm the mind. Years later, she gave the physical practice a shot while living in New Orleans and was hooked. Fact: She had to leave her first heated power class early because it was too much for her. But now 10 years later she is HOOKED on the heat!
