Jenn is fun-loving and energetic, creating a lively and upbeat atmosphere that puts her students at ease. Her positive energy is contagious, and you will leave feeling inspired and energized.
Jenn had causally practiced yoga on and off for more than ten years. Things got serious when she needed an outlet to counteract the stress of an intense corporate job. In 2018, she hung up her high heels and recommitted to a dedicated yoga practice. In doing so, she not only found her passion and path, but she found an entire community of like-minded individuals that shared her love of yoga. Jenn went all in and completed her SPY 200 hour RYT in 2019 and has not looked back! She believes in the power and methodology of Baptiste yoga and can’t wait to share it with you. When not on her mat or at the studio, Jenn loves to spend time with her family and four dogs.

Donation Based Spry Chair Yoga | OFFSITE
This class is perfect if you have trouble getting up and down from the floor and still want to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
We will start with breathing exercises then stretch and strengthen the upper and lower body. We then move to some standing poses, using the chair for support while we build even more strength and balance. We finish sitting in the chair, performing a few more stretches. We always end with a few minutes of stillness.
All of our Spry Mind+Body classes are designed to support healthy aging and/or recovery from injury/illness. This class is suitable for brand new students and those with osteoporosis.
This class is NOT HEATED. This class is taught offsite at the Frank G. Murray Center. Please call (912) 898-3320 to reserve a spot.

This class is taught live, online, using our Zoom platform. If you are new to the practice, looking to fine-tune some of your poses, and/or you want a slower paced flow - this is a great class for you!

This class will teach you the fundamental poses and breathing techniques used in all of our Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga classes. Yoga at the Telfair
Join us for an all levels flow yoga class at the Telfair Museum.
This class will invite you to move and breathe in one of the most beautiful spaces in all of Savannah. An experienced teacher from Savannah Power Yoga will guide you through a flowing sequence designed to open your body, mind, and heart to beauty.
This class is offered in the Rotunda at the Telfair Museum, which is located at 121 Barnard St. in downtown Savannah.
Please bring your own mat. Doors open at 5:10 pm, class starts at 5:30 pm.
