Holly Barton

Holly's grounded energy creates a welcoming and supportive environment. Her classes are mindful and she guides students through each pose with intention and awareness.
 

Holly believes yoga is for everyone. After years of practicing traditional yoga, she tried a Spry mat class online and knew Spry was the answer to becoming strong, centered and her true self while also staying attuned to her body. She is dedicated to sharing the power of yoga with others.

  • Spry Power | ONLINE
  • This is live, online class taught on our Zoom platform. This gentle class will introduce a modified version of sun salutations and invite you to move with your breath in a slow flow.

    All of our Spry Mind+Body classes are designed to support healthy aging and/or recovery from injury/illness. In this class we will get up and down more from the mat than we do in our other Spry classes, increasing mobility, while building strength and stamina.


  • Spry Power | WILMINGTON ISLAND
  • This gentle class will introduce a modified version of sun salutations and invite you to move with your breath in a slow flow. All of our Spry Mind+Body classes are designed to support healthy aging and/or recovery from injury/illness. In this class we will get up and down more from the mat than we do in our other Spry classes, increasing mobility, while building strength and stamina. This class is not heated.

  • Join us for a live-streamed class from the comfort of your own living room!

    The mat class begins seated on the floor and progresses through a series of seated then standing poses. We come back to the mat to close the practice.


  • Spry Mat | WILMINGTON ISLAND
  • Our Spry Mat class begins seated on the floor and progresses through a series of seated then standing poses before coming back to the mat to finish the practice.

    All of our Spry Mind+Body classes are designed to support healthy aging and/or recovery from injury/illness. This class is suitable for brand new students who are comfortable getting up and down from the floor.

    This class is NOT HEATED.
