Allison Sanders
Twenty years after discovering yoga as a young adult, losing yoga as a new mom, then finding it again post-babies and pandemic, Allison answered the call she heard so many years ago and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Savannah Power Yoga. For Allison, yoga is how she quiets her chatty brain, connects with her community, stays present in her busy life, and practices self-love. She is thrilled to share those invaluable gifts with others as a yoga teacher.
Off the mat, you can find Allison, a writer and editor, at her desk or on assignment, coaching her daughters' soccer teams, and hanging with family and friends.
